How to Find Us
Our farm shop at Pythouse Kitchen Garden is on the road between Semley and Newtown about 2 miles west of Tisbury and about 6 miles north east of Shaftesbury .
From Tisbury leave past the Parish Church following signs to Newtown and Semley & pass though Newtown still following Semley signs. As the road starts to run downhill you pass a half-timbered lodge and some fine ornamental gates on your left. The garden entrance is about 200 yards past the gates on your right.
From the A350 take the turning off the East Knoyle bypass (signposted West Tisbury) into Milbrooke Lane and follow signs to Newtown and Tisbury. After about 3 miles the road runs up a hill under a stone bridge and the garden entrance is about 200 yards after the bridge on your left.
From the A303 If coming from the west turn south onto the A350 and follow then follow the directions above. From the East (Wylye or beyond) take a left turning sign-posted "Fonthill Bishop, Hindon & Tisbury". At T junction in Fonthill Bishop turn right and then immediately left (sign-posted Fonthill Gifford & Tisbury). The road passes under a splendid Palladian archway and then comes to a crossroads (Beckford Arms on right). Go straight over following Semley & Shaftesbury signs. At subsequent branch in road bear right to Newtown. At Newtown bear right again following signs for Semley & Shaftesbury. You then come to the half-timbered lodge referred to above.
